The workshop is in Isère, 10 kms from Vienne (Isère - Rhône-Alpes area) in Estrablin countryside. This is where Christine Porcelaine woks respecting the traditions of the Limoges workshops.
Her artistic research associates traditionnal technics and lustre paintings that allows modern designs. Some pieces are enriched with gold and platinum.
Every piece is entirely handpainted, signed and then baked at a very high temperature (850°C) which ensures strenghth and shine to the design and allows the use for food.
The articles can be diswashed and microwaved (except for those containing gold and platinum).
Christine Porcelaine offers articles for :
- the table : coffee sets, tea sets, tea for one, dishes, large plates ... Different collections are available.
- Decoration : dishes, vases, lamps, precious Limoges boxes (sold in the on line shop)... - Paintings : on porcelain plates - Jewels : enriched with gold and platinum (to buy on line).
